It represents some of the best-known global brands in the automotive sector, ranging from Bridgestone and Dunlop in the tyre sector to Bosch, KYB, NGK and Turtle Wax in the service parts and accessories sector.


We are looking for self-driven and passionate individuals to step into the role of Auto Parts Sales Executive for the following regions

·        Nairobi - 1 position

·        Western -1 position


THE ROLE

This position is responsible for managing and growing sales and profitability through different B2B customer channels, orienting customers to the full range of products offered by the parts, accessories and lubricants division and providing information that helps customers in making purchasing decisions.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Customer credit policy management.

• Maintain existing customers by offering personalised individual account management and support through regular customer contact and visits.

• Customer growth by identifying and bringing on board new customers.

• Provide customers with accurate product recommendations based on the customers’ requirements.

• Communicate new products, services and special developments to customers.

• Preparation and maintenance of accurate sales reports.


KEY COMPETENCIES

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and account management skills.

• Customer-focused, result oriented, performance driven and proactive.

• Sharp business acumen and financial understanding.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline; sales and marketing an added advantage.

• At least 2-3 years working experience in a sales position in the automotive industry.

• Auto parts and accessories product knowledge.

• Basic financial literacy including key concepts like revenue, sales, and profit.
