Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth through the promotion and sale of ICT, IT, and software solutions. The ideal candidate will be field-oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Job descriptions & requirements



Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Promote and sell ICT, IT, and software products/services to individual and corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and after-sales support.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance indicators.
Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business Administration, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year proven sales experience in ICT, IT, or software solutions (an added advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
Highly aggressive in pursuing leads and closing sales.
