This includes repairing dents, scratches, and other damage to the vehicle’s exterior. The ideal candidate should have experience with welding, sanding, and painting vehicles. Additionally, a panel beater must be able to work efficiently and communicate effectively with clients.LPV Mechanic An LPV mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults in light passenger vehicles such as cars and vans. The ideal candidate should have experience with engine repairs, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems. They should be able to work with minimal supervision, have good communication skills, and be able to work under pressure. Heavy Vehicle Mechanic A heavy vehicle mechanic is responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults in heavy-duty vehicles such as trucks and buses. The ideal candidate should have experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and air brakes.They should also have experience with welding and be able to work with diagnostic equipment. Additionally, they should be able to work under pressure, have good communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Skillset Required: Relevant work experience as a panel beater, LPV or heavy vehicle mechanicStrong technical knowledge of vehicles and their systemsExperience with diagnostic tools and equipmentGood communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team membersAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracy
