We are looking for a business Controller to provide high quality business analysis to enable the company reduce cost, Increase efficiency, mitigate internal and external risks .

  1. Redesign and improve processes across customer journey
  2. Define new products applying industry standards and creativity
  3. Identifying issues, developing roadmap and action plan to drive
    country growth and profitability;
  4. Supporting new country launch through onboarding local team to
    Mogo standards in key processes (customer service, debt collection, car
    sales, etc);
  5. Helping define new products, working with IT and business to
    ensure smooth launch of the products;
  6. Ad-hoc short-term projects to solve specific business problems.
  7. Establish and improve existing management controlling and reporting
  8. Identify, map and analyze business processes as well as
    corresponding KPIs
  9. Standardize and improve the business controlling process. Create
    manuals and FAQs to ease the role’s performance cross-functionally,
  10. Create a system which permits the organization to achieve 4
    primary goals:
  • Reduce cost
  • Increase efficiency
  • Stay ahead of the game and make informed decisions
  • Identify, map and mitigate internal and external risks.


    • University degree in Finance, Economics or Business
    • 2-4 years previous experience in similar position;
    • Excellent skills in financial analysis and planning;
    • High sense of responsibility, preciseness, ability to plan and
      set priorities;
    • Fluent in English
    • Excellent computer skills.
