Job summary

To lead the Tanzania start-up expansion and rapid scale across white oils and black fuels, LPG, lubricants, green energy and related non-fuel services. Focus on revenue growth, key-account acquisition, and opening regional trading/export channels from Tanzania to neighboring markets (DRC, Rwanda, Zambia, Mozambique, Malawi, Burundi, Uganda e.t.c).

Job descriptions & requirements

·        Own revenue, gross margin and EBITDA delivery across all segments while maintaining pricing within EWURA caps.

·        Lead forecasting, demand planning and allocation management linked to BPS cycles across channels.

·        Establish robust sales governance.

·        Building wholesaler portfolio, negotiating FOT/in-tank terms.

·        Identifying, screening, onboarding new station and site marketing.

·       Operationalize corridors (ports/depots/borders) and ensure documentation.

·        Acquiring priority accounts in manufacturing, transport, mining, hotels & agriculture.

·       Scale B2C/Bulk, re-filler partnerships.

·      Build pipeline and pilots (Solar, Wind, Hydrogen, NLG, Hydro, Geothermal, EV mobility) with clear business cases and risk controls.

·        Develop strong customer bases per segment with clear onboarding and KYC.

·       Ensuring timely collections to fund next consignments.

·       Run weekly AR reviews, dunning cadence and escalation protocols.

·      Coordinate with terminals/depots and internal stations for product receipts, allocations and dispatch.

·       Implement sealed-delivery, dip checks, variance analysis and incident reporting.

·        Set depot/station SOPs for loading, HSE compliance and customer service.

·       Maintain 100% adherence to HSE, product quality and transport safety standards across all operating segments.

·       Recruit, coach and performance-manage Sales team to align with segment targets.

·       Maintain constructive relations with regulators, border/port authorities and environmental stakeholders.
