• Identify potential SME clients through Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Maps, Facebook groups, and business directories.
• Initiate outreach using WhatsApp, SMS, email, or LinkedIn while communicating professionally and consistently.
• Follow up with warm leads and respond to basic client queries.
• Book and coordinate discovery calls for the CEO.
• Maintain and update a simple CRM and prepare daily activity summaries.
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and social media tools.
• Reliable, organised, and self driven.
• Basic accounting knowledge to support initial client conversations will be an added advantage.
