JOB SUMMARY
a) Prepare learning materials and carry out instructionsand guide learners during practical lessonsb) Keep inventory records of all toolsand equipmentc) Complying with rules, regulations and procedures to help maintaina clean and safe workingenvironmentd) Ensure maintenance and compliance with health and safety standards at all timese) Offer technical support in workshops and participate in day-to-day workshopoperationsf) Any other duties assignedby the immediate supervisor or authorized personnel
RESPONSIBILITIES
a) A Minimum of a Higher National Diplomain Food and Beverage, CulinaryArts, Hospitality or its equivalent from a recognized institution.b) Relevant work experiencec) Skills in cooking techniques, food presentation,kitchen management, customer service, and creativity.d) Proficiency in computerapplicationse) Good communication skills
