Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day coffee farm operations from planting to harvest
• Lead, train, and supervise farm staff to ensure optimal performance
• Implement best agricultural and farm management practices
• Ensure quality control, efficiency, and sustainability standards are met
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Farm Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in farm or plantation management (coffee experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Valid Kenyan Passport
• Ability to work in an international setting
