Job Description/Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Reception and Communication:
Customer Reception: Receive customers by phone, online platform or face-to-face, answer their questions, and provide product or service information.
Order Processing: Help customers place orders, ensure that the orders are accurate, and follow up on the order status in a timely manner.
Problem Solving:
Handling Complaints: Handle customer complaints or problems promptly and effectively, and provide reasonable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with the kitchen, delivery and other departments to solve order-related problems, such as wrong orders, delays, etc.
Customer Feedback and Satisfaction Management:
Collect Feedback: Actively collect customer feedback and suggestions to understand their needs and experience.
Improve Satisfaction: Based on customer feedback, make improvement suggestions, optimize service processes, and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Education Requirements: High school or above, with relevant work experience preferred.
Skill Requirements: Good communication skills and customer service awareness, problem-solving skills, proficiency in office software.
Language Requirements: Fluent English skills, local language skills are a plus.
