Job description

To be the focal point for sales support for Local (Import) and Export customers.
Pro-actively supporting the Fosroc sales team in achieving their targets.
To continuously seek to improve and enhance the Fosroc offer including challenging costs.Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, relating to price, availability, delivery and minor technical enquiries when required.
Respond to all local Sales queries promptly and efficiently when received.
Ensure customer orders are received, accepted and delivered on time (On Time In Full); quoted prices are maintained and authorized credit facilities are not exceeded.
Determine priorities with Sales Department for orders, agree a plan with deadlines and ensure the plan is forwarded and executed.
Prepare reports for analysis of orders and a summary report in the format requested within requested deadlines
Process Sales Orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure correct invoicing
Dispatch orders for delivery
Send OTIF daily and monthly reports
File invoices and delivery notes for all sales orders and perform the monthly checks accordingly
Follow the laid down export procedure
Submit Intercompany price enquiries and quote to the sales team accordingly
Follow up Export shipments with Freight Forwarders
Follow up Export customs clearance with Freight Forwarders
Respond to all Export queries promptly and efficiently when received
Process export and local documentation to comply with specific destination requirements
Maintain accurate information on Export master as necessary
Provide proactive support for the internal and group Sales Team
Pro-actively seek ways to improve service and support to customers
Work with other OPCO members to enhance the customer experience.
Achieve all KPIs as directed
Attend regular team meetings
Attend all training events as required
Adhere to all policies and procedures laid out by the company, including HSE.
Undertake other tasks as reasonably required from time to timeSkills required Knowledge of local/regional Import & Export procedures
At least 4 years experience in similar export & Import role
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to detail. Able to provide accurate information to help decision making.
Experience in using ERP systemEducational requirementsDiploma in Customer Service / Freight Forwarding / Sales / MarketingJob role notesTo be the focal point of both local and export customers
