We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in working with large datasets to derive insights and support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex data sets to derive actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis. Use automation tools such as RPA and BPMN to streamline processes. Work with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for data storage and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of automation tools like RPA and BPMN is an added advantage. Familiarity with data integration tools like Airflow and Stitch. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Proficiency in Linux operating systems and Shell programming.KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
4-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a financial institution. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use advanced formulas and create complex spreadsheets.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Finance). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Skills
