General Purpose
Our client, a reputable Dental Clinic, is seeking to recruit a qualified and passionate Dentist to provide high-quality dental care and promote oral health among patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of oral health conditions while ensuring exceptional patient care and adherence to professional clinical standards.
Location: Nairobi & Mombasa| Gross Salary: Competitive
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, diagnose dental conditions, and develop effective treatment plans.
- Perform a range of clinical dental procedures to restore and maintain oral health.
- Provide patient-centered education on preventive care and oral hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and ethical dental care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, regulatory, and quality assurance standards.
- Stay updated with advancements in dental procedures, technologies, and best practices.
- Mentor and support junior dental staff to encourage professional development.
- Participate in community outreach and oral health awareness initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration and practicing license with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board (KMPDB).
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a dental practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional growth.
