Attitude Dynamics is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Nairobi. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to our customers. You will work closely with our team of talented professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users in a Windows environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure and maintain hardware and software
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure that all support tickets are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience providing day-to-day desktop support to customers
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
