Attitude Dynamics is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Nairobi. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to our customers. You will work closely with our team of talented professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.


Responsibilities:


  1. Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users in a Windows environment
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  3. Install, configure and maintain hardware and software
  4. Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
  5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers
  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation
  7. Ensure that all support tickets are resolved in a timely and efficient manner


Requirements:


  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience providing day-to-day desktop support to customers
  2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  3. Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
  4. Excellent customer service skills
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  7. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
