Digital Advertising & Visual Content Assistant

Educational background :

* Advertising, media, digital marketing, visual communication, graphic design, multimedia and other related majors Software skills (those with any of the following are preferred):

* Proficient in design and layout software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma

* Familiar with basic video editing tools: CapCut, etc.

* Able to use Excel / Google Sheets for basic data organization and analysis Content and advertising understanding

* Able to analyze and understand the preferences and behaviors of the target audience

* Have a basic understanding of graphic or video advertising, and can design attractive layouts

* Familiar with social media trends, especially the culture and popular elements of young people in Kenya/Africa

Work ability requirements

* Strong sense of responsibility, able to produce high-quality results in a fast-paced, high- intensity environment

* Clear logical thinking, able to quickly master the operation of advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads

* Able to independently complete the production, modification and upload of advertising materials according to operational needs

* Sensitive to social content, able to propose creative and material optimization suggestions

* Have basic data analysis awareness, and be able to observe performance trends based on advertising background feedback, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), etc. Priority consideration conditions (plus points)

* Have a personal Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account and have some content publishing experience

* Familiar with digital advertising processes, including interest targeting, creative testing, A/B testing, etc.

* Experience in short video editing (can independently produce 15-second and 30-second advertising shorts)

* Have participated in advertising, content or social media related work in part-time, internship or graduation projects
