Videographer / Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

Videography:

• Shoot high-quality video content for campaigns, ads, interviews, and events.
  
• Operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment to professional standards.
  

Video Editing:

• Edit footage into polished final outputs (ads, reels, documentaries, explainer videos).
  
• Add graphics, subtitles, sound design, and motion elements where needed.
  

Creative Direction:

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing team to develop visual concepts
  
• Stay on top of trends (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) and integrate them into projects.
  

Content Adaptation:

• Repurpose content for different platforms (social media, web, TV, presentations).
  
• Optimize video for engagement and audience attention.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a videographer and video editor.
  
• Strong portfolio of branded work, ads, or creative projects.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  
• Skilled in camera operation, lighting setups, and sound recording.
  
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Motion graphics / animation experience is a bonus.

Salary KES 50,000–70,000/month
