Interior Design (Cabinetry Focus)

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee and manage interior design and cabinetry projects from concept to completion.

● Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery within quality standards.

● Supervise site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.

● Collaborate with design teams, clients, and suppliers to meet project requirements and expectations.

● Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control.

● Manage procurement of materials, with a focus on cabinetry and furniture fittings.

● Conduct regular site visits and provide progress reports to management and clients.

● Resolve project challenges, delays, and technical issues effectively.

● Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

● Lead handover process, closing of sales  and ensure after-sales support,

Qualifications & Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

● Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within interior design/fit-out, with a strong focus on cabinetry work (kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture).

● Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential or commercial interior projects.

● Strong knowledge of cabinetry materials, fittings, and finishes.

● Excellent leadership and team management skills.

● Strong budgeting, planning, and reporting abilities.

● Proficiency in MS Project/AutoCAD/SketchUp or other project/design software.

● Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
