Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of all digital visual content (social media, website, campaigns, advertisements, and branding materials)
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Manage and grow social media platforms through creative, data-driven campaigns
- Oversee content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely delivery
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights and trends
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives
- Stay up to date with design trends, digital tools, and marketing innovations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role (Digital Marketing / Graphic Design / Brand Management)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience in managing digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, SEO/SEM)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and project management skills
