- Create engaging posts, stories, and reels. Some roles require basic video editing/Canva skills
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and manage online reputation
- Track engagement, reach, and follower growth
Email & CRM
- Build email flows for welcome series, abandoned cart, promotions using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve open/click rates
- Maintain clean contact lists and ensure GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance
