Job summary
We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Intern to help grow our online presence and engage our audience across platforms. You’ll support content creation, scheduling, community management, and basic analytics. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how brands use social media to drive awareness, leads, and sales.
Job descriptions & requirements
1. Content Creation & Scheduling
- Assist in creating graphics, short videos, captions, and stories for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X
- Use Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express to design posts aligned with brand voice
- Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later
2. Community Management
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions daily
- Respond to common inquiries professionally and escalate issues to the manager
- Engage with followers and relevant pages to grow reach
3. Trend Research & Content Ideation
- Research trending sounds, hashtags, and formats on TikTok, Reels, and X
- Pitch 5-10 content ideas weekly for campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track basic metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, top-performing posts
- Prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations
