Job Description/Requirements
Key Roles
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
- Deliver, merchandise, and promote products to customers
- Collect payments and reconcile accounts accurately
- Expand and maintain the customer base within assigned routes
- Prepare timely sales and stock reports
- Ensure vehicle safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a Business-related field
- Minimum 3 years’ FMCG experience
- At least 5 years of driving experience with valid licenses (C1, C, CE/BCE)
- Computer literate with knowledge of digital sales systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to relocate if required
- High standards of integrity and professionalism
