Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineering Graduate Trainee to assist our project management team. This role provides hands-on experience in construction project management, where you will learn the essential aspects of planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects.
Job descriptions & requirements
Project Support:
· Assist the project management team in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
· Help track project progress, timelines, and resource allocation.
Site Coordination:
· Participate in on-site inspections to monitor project quality, progress, and safety.
· Support daily construction operations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
· Report any on-site issues to the project manager and help in resolving them.
Documentation and Reporting:
· Assist in maintaining project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
· Prepare updates for stakeholders and help keep accurate records for project meetings.
Quality Control and Safety Compliance:
· Help monitor quality control measures to ensure construction standards are met.
· Learn and follow safety regulations and protocols on-site.
· Support efforts to ensure all work complies with industry standards and company policies.
Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:
· Assist in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
· Support communication between clients, team members, and external partners.
