Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of world-class ERP systems for clients
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve system issues
- Provide end-user support and training
- Develop functional and technical documentation
- Assist with system testing and data validation
- Work with business analysts to gather and document system requirements
- Contribute to project plans and timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Passionate about working with systems
- Good understanding of ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
