Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities;
- Operate the excavator efficiently for excavation, trenching, backfilling, loading and etc.
- Perform daily inspection and routine maintenance of the excavator.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure safe operation in accordance with company safety standards.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other plant operators.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid plant operator license/certification for excavator operation.
- A valid excavator operators license
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience operating an excavator in road construction projects.
- Proven experience in excavation for culverts, drainage, embankment shaping, and site preparation.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for daily maintenance and fault reporting.
