Job Summary
Responsible for transporting Senior Executives to and from their destinations including Nairobi and surrounding areas, as required. The Executive Driver will safely and efficiently operate a company-issued vehicle while maintaining the strictest of confidentiality and decorum. This position will be based in Nairobi.

Job Description/Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Take direction from Executives and Executives' assistants on travel plans and any changes thereof
• Determine and select the fastest routes to destinations based on GPS software and traffic updates, etc
• Drive while observing all road safety regulations at all times
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality and professionalism with the Executives and all passengers
• Complete collections and deliveries on behalf of the Executive, when requested
• Ensure any vehicle(s) under your care remain pristine and in excellent working order
• Arrange for vehicle care and maintenance (i.e. oil change, tire rotation, cleaning, etc.)
• Keep updated records of all business trips including receipts, mileage, etc.
• Display good behavior, excellent manners, and a helping attitude
• Be available on immediate call basis at any time, including weekends, if and when required.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Must have at least 4 years proven experience as Executive driver for Top management: Chairman, CEO, or Managing Director
• Must have experience driving modern, high-end vehicles, including sedans and SUVs
• Excellent knowledge of the local roads and Kenya driving rules and regulations
• Basic understanding of motor vehicles and maintenance
• Minimum C+ High School Certificate
• High ethics and integrity
• Acquainted with GPS software and local traffic reports
• Ability to work during evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays, as required
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• 28 - 40 years of age
