EXECUTIVE DRIVER

· Safe, professional and competent driving of Company vehicles as scheduled

· Perform basic diagnostics of vehicle mechanical issues and ensure timely reporting for scheduling of maintenance & repairs

· Ensure vehicles are serviced at the stated mileage and all details documented in the logbook

· Inspect assigned vehicle daily to ensure cleanliness and safety are maintained

· Observe all safety and security requirements for self, passengers and the vehicle in your care.

· Accurate recording of driving/mileage logs and all vehicle expenses

· Carry out any clerical duties as may be assigned

Requirements, Qualifications and Experience

· Holder of valid driving license for Class BCE vehicles and should be accident free

· Continuous driving experience of 5 years and above in a corporate environment

· Must be fully conversant with major road routes in Nairobi & able to use google maps

· Basic academic qualifications with a minimum of KCSE

· Good written and spoken communication skills with fluency in English and Swahili

· Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

· Good organizational & time management skills

· Professional appearance and knowledge of chauffeur etiquette

· Fully conversant with Traffic Laws/Rules and should able to interpret road signs

· Good conduct certificate/Police clearance certificate

· Ability to work and deliver under pressure and able to work outside normal office hours

· Good interpersonal skills

· Should be available immediately
