Driver/Rider/Store assistant

Ensure efficient product movement, store support, and operational execution across deliveries, collections, and field activities.

Key Responsibilities
- · Deliver goods to customers, retail outlets, and distributors on time
- · Support stock movement between stores/warehouses
- · Assist in loading, offloading, and basic inventory handling
- · Ensure vehicle/motorbike is clean, maintained, and compliant
- · Collect payments or documents where required
- · Support in-store operations when not on delivery (stocking, cleaning, basic merchandising)
- · Run errands (supplier pickups, admin support)
- · Follow delivery routes and optimize time/fuel usage
- · Report any damages, delays, or incidents immediately
KPIs/Performance Metrics
- · On-time delivery rate
- · Fuel efficiency/route optimization
- · Delivery accuracy (no losses/damages)
- · Vehicle condition and compliance
- · Reliability and attendance
Qualifications & Requirements
- · Valid driving license (Class B/C for driver OR valid rider license for motorbike)
- · Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in delivery/logistics
- · Familiarity with local routes and areas
- · Basic literacy (for delivery notes, records)
