Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport executives to meetings, appointments, and events in a timely manner
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes, accounting for traffic and weather conditions
- Maintain the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and coordinate servicing when necessary
- Ensure strict confidentiality regarding all executive activities and information
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or other items as needed
- Monitor schedules and adjust driving plans accordingly to avoid delays
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a professional or executive driver
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns
- Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing schedules
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Defensive driving certification
- Experience driving luxury or high-profile clients
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
