Job descriptions & requirements
- Transport batteries from warehouses to swap stations according to dispatch schedule and ensure safe handling, loading, and securing of the batteries during transportation.
- Rebalance batteries between swap stations to match rider demand.
- Report damaged, faulty, or abnormal batteries immediately.
- Support general upkeep of swap stations ensuring they are clean, organized, and operational at all times.
- Perform basic visual inspections of cabinets, batteries, and station surroundings.
- Assist Field Operations teams during maintenance, installations, or site visits.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Ensure safe riding practices and compliance with traffic laws.
- Report accidents, near-misses, or safety hazards immediately.
- Participate in safety training and toolbox talks.
