Job summary
The Area Trade Marketer (ATM) is responsible for driving secondary sales, expanding market coverage, ensuring product visibility, and achieving business growth within the assigned territory. The role involves managing distributor relationships, developing retail and wholesale channels, and executing our client sales strategy on the ground.

Locations: Kawangware, Baba Dogo, Machakos, Thika, Eldoret, Bungoma, Busia, Homabay, Bondo, Kisii, Kilgoris, Nakuru, Rongo, Sotik, Litein, Migori, Nyeri, and Embu
Note: These are field-based roles
Key Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of FMCG sales or territory management experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage trade relationships.
• Strong understanding of General Trade, Secondary Sales and Wholesale channels.
• Strong FMCG sales or trade marketing experience, excellent route-to-market knowledge, and a proven ability to achieve sales and distribution targets within their assigned territories.
