Job Description/Requirements
1. Operational Coordination
Oversee the planning and execution of medical data collection projects, health camps, and medical conferences.
Coordinate activities among internal teams, healthcare partners, and regulatory authorities'
Manage project schedules, budgets, and logistics to ensure efficient operations.
2. Team Management
Supervise and support field and administrative staff responsible for operational tasks.
Monitor performance, ensure accountability, and drive team productivity.
Provide clear instructions, mentorship, and regular performance feedback.
3. Stakeholder Communication
Maintain professional communication with clinic and hospital managers, doctors, and healthcare workers.
Build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, regulatory bodies, and other partners.
Represent the company in meetings with government officials and regulators with professionalism and diplomacy.
4. Strategic and Analytical Support
Collaborate with management to develop detailed business and operational plans.
Collect and analyze healthcare and regulatory data to support decision-making
