Job Description/Requirements
Proactively identify and engage high-potential customers through calls, site visits, referrals, activations, and outreach events to grow the sales pipeline and build brand visibility.
· Generate, qualify, and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to ensure consistent sales growth and territory coverage.
· Utilize CRM tools to track leads, schedule follow-ups, manage customer interactions, and monitor the sales process effectively.
· Monitor and report personal sales performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
· Prepare and submit timely weekly and monthly sales reports and share market insights to guide internal strategy.
· Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
· Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to confidently recommend
suitable solutions aligned with customer needs and timelines.
· Engage with new and existing customers to understand their requirements, address queries, provide timely resolutions, and deliver after-sales support.
· Build long-term customer relationships through regular engagement, responsiveness, and personalized service.
· Identify and pursue sales opportunities in under-served or new geographical areas to expand market coverage.
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer preferences, project scope, and past purchases to increase customer value and satisfaction.
· Keep track of customer feedback on pricing, service delivery, and product performance to inform improvements and product development.
· Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Customer Experience, and Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
· Perform additional duties assigned by management to support overall business operations.
