Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, map, and develop potential customers within the assigned territory, including feed manufacturers, distributors, agro-dealers, and large farmers

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for raw materials

• Promote the company’s raw materials product portfolio; provide technical information about product quality, appropriate usage, spec, etc.

• Conduct field visits and farm visits to demonstrate product benefits, assist customers with formulation or usage questions

• Monitor customer feedback and product performance; follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

• Maintain relationships with key decision makers in feed mills, procurement departments, technical teams, and agricultural cooperatives

• Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions, product launches, field days, product trials, and other initiatives to increase brand awareness

• Track and report competitor activities, market trends, and pricing; gather market intelligence to inform strategy

• Handle negotiations, close sales, and ensure proper follow-up including order processing and ensuring good payment collection

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, reports, and CRM data

• Coordinate with supply chain / logistics to ensure deliveries are timely and inventory is managed well
