Our client is seeking to recruit Field Territory Trade Marketers – Home Care & Personal Hygiene (HPC) Products to support operations across the following multiple regions.
Regions & Bases:
- South Rift – Kisii / Kericho
- North Rift – Eldoret
- Central – Nyeri
- Lake – Kisumu
- Nairobi – Thika / Baba Dogo
- Coast – Mombasa
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of HPC brand strategies across assigned territory
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotion compliance
- Manage distributors and coordinate field teams to achieve sales and distribution targets
- Conduct regular market audits and provide timely reports to management
Key Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in FMCG field sales or trade marketing, specifically Home Care & Personal Hygiene (HPC) products
- Experience managing distributors and a minimum of 10 field staff per territory
- Strong knowledge of general trade execution, in-store visibility, POSM deployment, and promo compliance
- Proven track record in territory ownership and growth
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability and willingness to work extensively in the field
