Requirements: 

  • Bachelors Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or Related Field. 
  • Professional Certification (Cpa, Acca, Cfa) Is Highly Desirable. 
  • Strong Knowledge Of Ugandan Tax Laws, Regulatory Frameworks, And Compliance Requirements. 
  • Proven Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Complex Operations.

Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 Years Experience In Financial Management And Administration, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role. 
  • Experience In Facilities Management, Service Industry, Or Related Sectors Is An Added Advantage.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

Financial Management & Strategic Growth: - 

  • Lead Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Planning And Controlling Processes To Support Business Objectives. 
  • Ensure Accurate And Timely Financial Reporting, Including Preparation Of Management Accounts And Statutory Reports. 
  • Present Financial Performance Reports To The Board, Highlighting Key Trends, Risks, And Opportunities. 
  • Establish And Enforce Budgetary Controls To Ensure Disciplined Expenditure And Resource Allocation. 
  • Drive Cost Management Initiatives To Improve Efficiency And Profitability. 
  • Provide Strategic Financial Insights To Support Business Expansion And Market Competitiveness. 
  • Lead Teams In Executing Financial Growth Initiatives And Aligning Operations With Broader Strategic Goals. 

Administration & Operations: - 

  • Manage Procurement, Contracts, And Vendor Relationships To Ensure Value For Money. 
  • Oversee Office Administration, Logistics, And Resource Allocation. 
  • Implement Efficient Systems For Documentation, Record-Keeping, And Compliance. 
  • Support Ict And Governance Processes To Align With Group Policies. 

Leadership & Governance: - 

  • Deputise For The Country Head, Representing The Company In Client, Stakeholder, And Regulatory Engagements. 
  • Provide Leadership To Finance And Administration Teams, Fostering Accountability And Performance Excellence. 
  • Collaborate With Group Leadership To Align Company Operations With Regional Strategy. 
  • Champion Ethical Practices, Transparency, And Corporate Governance Standards.
