Job Description/Requirements
Oversee the finance department workforce, including accountants, stock controllers, super users, and warehouse personnel.
• Develop and implement a continuous training and capacity-building program for the department.
• Chair all finance and stock meetings (daily/weekly as required) and document this.
• Prepare and submit the KBL Quarterly Report within set deadlines.
• Ensure a healthy and compliant account status with KBL at all times.
• Ensure timely preparation and payment of all taxes, statutory obligations, and staff payroll.
• Uphold Gold Standards by leading the Finance Pillar and implementing best practices.
• Oversee the effective management of company stocks, cash, and assets.
• Develop and maintain an efficient purchase plan across the company
