Job descriptions & requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Controller in a 3-star or 4-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel inventory/POS systems.
- Experience using accounting software is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
