Job Summary
Risa Insurance Agency, is an insurance agency regulated by Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) and is currently seeking to recruit proactive and suitably qualified individuals for the position of Insurance Freelance Agents throughout the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales and promotion of insurance products and services, and will be remunerated on an approved commission structure. This role will report to the Principal Officer.
Key Responsibilities
1. Actively promote and sell a diverse range of insurance products, contributing significantly to the agency’s portfolio growth.
2. Proactively identify and target new potential clients through various channels—cold outreach, networking, digital platforms, and referrals to generate more sales.
3. Present and promote products or services in a compelling way that clearly communicates value to prospects and leads to sale.
4. Build strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in any insurance or sales related field.
