Full Stack Laravel Developer

The ideal candidate should also be capable of utilizing AI tools to accelerate development and deployment, applying Laravel design patterns, managing freelance developers, and possessing a working understanding of Flutter (our cross-platform mobile framework).

This role is both technical and leadership-focused — you will be writing clean code, implementing designs, and leading a distributed team of developers/designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend systems using Laravel & PHP (applying common design patterns such as Repository, Service, Factory, Observer, etc.)
• Convert Figma/UI designs into fully responsive front-end code using TailwindCSS + Vue.js or React.js
• Utilize AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, automation scripts, etc.) to speed up development, debugging, and deployment
• Ensure clean architecture principles: SOLID, MVC, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), RESTful APIs
• Oversee, guide, and review work from freelancers and junior developers
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, backend, and product teams to deliver complete features
• Work with Flutter developers to ensure consistent backend integration for mobile apps
• Manage version control workflows using Git, GitHub/GitLab
• Optimize performance, security, and deployment processes (CI/CD, Docker, etc.)
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Laravel & PHP
• Strong frontend skills in Vue.js or React.js with TailwindCSS
• Ability to convert Figma designs to pixel-perfect UI
• Knowledge of Laravel common design patterns (Repository, Service Layer, etc.)
• Experience using AI-powered tools in development and deployment pipelines
• Proven ability to manage, mentor, and coordinate freelance developers/remote teams
• Familiarity with Flutter and API integration for mobile apps
• Strong understanding of MySQL, REST APIs, Composer, NPM, Git
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and Cloud Hosting (AWS/DigitalOcean) is an added advantage
  

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Livewire, Inertia.js, or Alpine.js
• Knowledge of Microservices, WebSockets, Redis, and Queue Workers
• Familiarity with server management (Ubuntu, Nginx, Forge, Envoy)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum & Jira/Trello for project tracking
