The role is very significant and crucial to the company, as the person will be responsible for the overall business strategy, giving all financial and operational directions to the team and for the success across the whole company. The person should be a motivator and a great leader with the ability to see the big picture and think out of the box.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.           Bachelor’s degree in business or related, MBA from premier school preferred

2.           10-15 years of industry experience

3.           Having managed, trained and developed high performing executive teams

Primary Responsibilities / Key performing Areas

1.                   Plan, Develop, implement high-quality business strategies, plans, operational and fiscal function and performance

2.                   Ensure strategy alignment with objectives

3.                   Develop a strong sales and marketing function, with a vision to grow sales and market share aggressively

4.                   Develop a world class manufacturing facility, with focus on quality and efficiency

5.                   Work towards getting certifications for ISOs

6.                   Oversee all operations and business activities

7.                   Preparation and implementation of SOPs. Setting up the Compliance procedures

8.                   Ensure the company’s complicity with legal and business ethics

9.                   Review and provide insights/inputs for financial and non-financial reports

10.               Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders

11.               Analyse problematic situations, formulate and oversee the implementation of those solutions

12.               Keep abreast of the market, industry trends and market intelligence

13.               Enhancing resource capabilities by training or through new recruitment

14.               Provide expert financial guidance and advice to others within executive leadership

 15.              Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; specifically relating

                    to the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions or partnerships

 16.             Evaluate company’s financial, operational and sales & marketing structures to plan for continual improvement and a

                   continual increase of operating efficiencies

 17.             Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team 

              and all members of staff
