KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a lean, highly skilled and specialised project management teamDrive in-depth understanding of subsidiary business and group product strategies to support effective solution developmentIdentifying and documenting pain points / learnings from both internal and external customers to support solution improvement and scope future developmentSupport rapid version transition of latest technology across all subsidiaries Optimise the scope and development of overlapping digital needs across subsidiaries to maximise efficiencyManaging conflicting priorities and inter-dependencies and advising multiple project work streams on the course of action as appropriateEnsuring effective collaboration between key project stakeholders; operational teams, developers, and other parties Identifying pain points for both internal and external customersTrack / assess the project delivery performance all developers – both internal and externalEnsuring compliance with approved Project Development process guidelines and policies MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldProject Management certification Minimum of 10 years’ work experience3 years working in a senior executive leadership in a similar roleExperience working in Fintech or bank digital channels preferrableExperience working in a dynamic start-up environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsTeam playerGreat interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressureCommitment to excellent Customer Experience
