Job descriptions & requirements
This is not just a job post - This is an invitation
An invitation for the right person to join and build something extraordinary.
We’re building X1X — a hardware system that doesn’t exist here yet.
Not an app. Not a platform.
Real machines. Real boards. Real limits.
This is a startup.
No big offices.
No routines.
No working hours — we work all the time.
No clear processes. No corporate BS.
Big dreams. Crazy motivation.
And if you’re one of the crazy ones —
then we’re looking for you.
I’m looking for a young, hardware-native builder.
Not a technician. Not a certified engineer.
Someone who:
• took computers apart before school
• understands motherboards, chips, power, and heat — by doing
• has been building things since 14–16 years old, because it was an itch
• learns by breaking, fixing, rebuilding
• sees hardware as a system, not a product
You won’t be “executing tasks”.
You’ll be inside the build, at the stage where decisions matter
and where your hands shape how the system actually works.
You will be a builder.
You will build something that has not been done yet.
No manuals.
No scripts.
No “best practices”.
If hardware is your life — not your paper CV —
and you want to be part of something rare, difficult, and real:
Message me. kenya@kolmsolutions.com
No CV needed. Tell me what you’ve built.
