🔹 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: We are looking for a professional lady who is naturally welcoming, beautiful in presentation and personality, and deeply committed to making every client feel valued. You must have a gentle touch, handling clients with the utmost care and respect to build lasting customer relationships.

🔹 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (Must-Haves):

• Extensive Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of active, professional experience in barbering. You must be confident in delivering precision cuts, fades, and styling.

• Head & Shoulder Massage (A MUST): You must be highly skilled and experienced in providing relaxing, therapeutic head and shoulder massages. This is a core part of our premium service package.

• Cleaning & Hygiene (A MUST): A top-tier barber knows that cleanliness is next to godliness. You must have experience in and a strict commitment to maintaining a spotless workstation. Taking initiative in general shop cleaning, sterilizing tools, and keeping the environment immaculate is required.

• Relocation: You must be willing to relocate to Ruiru if you do not currently live in the area.

• Flawless Presentation: You must be exceptionally clean, neat, and highly presentable at all times while on the floor.

• Outstanding Customer Relations: A warm, inviting demeanor with excellent communication skills to ensure every customer feels at home.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver high-quality haircuts, beard grooming, and styling tailored to client requests.

• Provide extended, high-quality head and shoulder massages to complete the grooming experience.

• Consistently sweep, sanitize tools, and maintain the highest level of cleanliness in your workspace and the general shop area.

• Greet clients warmly, manage bookings, and foster a positive, relaxing atmosphere.
