We are seeking disciplined, alert, and professional Security Guards to join our team. We recognize that modern security requires a diverse skill set to protect people, property, and assets effectively. We are currently recruiting individuals with expertise in various security disciplines, including CCTV Surveillance & Monitoring, Access Control, Control Room Operations, Executive Protection, and Retail/Commercial Security.

To assist us in matching your profile with the appropriate client and security environment, you must include your specific area(s) of specialization (e.g., CCTV Operations, Access Control, Control Room Management) in the Introduction/Profile section of your CV. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols and site inspections to ensure the safety and security of assigned premises.
Monitor security systems, including CCTV and access control points, ensuring swift responses to suspicious activities or emergencies. - Control entry and exit points, maintaining accurate logs of personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
- Maintain open communication with site supervisors and management regarding security incidents or breaches.
- Provide professional customer service, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and staff.
- Document daily activities, incident reports, and security checklists accurately.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Minimum of KCSE certificate (D plain and above preferred).
- Physical Fitness: Excellent physical condition, with clear vision and hearing.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid National ID, Certificate of Good Conduct, KRA PIN, and NSSF/SHIF numbers.
- Communication: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
- Integrity: Proven track record of discipline, honesty, and reliability.
- Experience: Previous experience in security, military, or police services is a significant advantage.
