Job Description/Requirements

Surelift Solutions Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking an energetic and target-driven HORECA & Vending Sales Representative to drive product penetration, manage vending operations, and grow revenue across HORECA outlets and vending locations. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with hands-on operational capability to expand market reach and maximize product availability.

1. Business Development & Product Availability

Identify, negotiate, and secure product listings in HORECA establishments and vending sites.

Install, configure, and set up vending machines at customer locations, ensuring they are fully operational.

Expand product accessibility through strategic placement and channel utilization across HORECA and vending networks.


2. Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve sales targets for both HORECA and vending channels.

Manage sales visits, selling cycles, and structured engagement to consistently meet goals.

Execute promotional activities, activations, tastings, and vending machine campaigns to increase sales.

Ensure timely debt collection in coordination with the Finance team.


3. Customer Relationship & Service Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA accounts in line with service-level agreements.

Provide prompt support to vending clients, resolving concerns and ensuring machines operate efficiently.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and elevate brand presence.


4. Stock & Inventory Management

Monitor product levels in vending machines and HORECA outlets to prevent stockouts.

Conduct routine stock audits to ensure accuracy, reduce wastage, and maintain compliance.


5. Market Analysis & Product Knowledge

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behaviors, and growth opportunities in both channels.

Maintain deep product knowledge, including pricing, placement, and distribution strategies to influence purchasing decisions.

Keep accurate records of sales activities—calls, presentations, deals closed, machine installations, and follow-ups.
