𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗧𝗼: Business Owner / Director
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: KES 40,000 
𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time

𝟭. 𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗘

The Hotel Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments, maintaining high service standards, and driving staff performance. The role is critical in strengthening leadership, improving workplace culture, and ensuring operational efficiency.

𝟮. 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

𝘼. 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩
  • Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, kitchen, housekeeping, and service areas
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally
B. 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙛𝙛 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 & 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥
  • Supervise, guide, and support all hotel staff
  • Enforce discipline, punctuality, and accountability
  • Conduct daily briefings and performance follow-ups
𝘾. 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩
  • Set and track staff KPIs and performance targets
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures
  • Train and mentor staff to improve productivity and service delivery
𝘿. 𝘾𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 & 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩
  • Promote a positive and professional work environment

  • Monitor daily sales and expenses
  • Ensure proper handling of cash and accountability
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management
  • Minimize wastage and prevent losses
𝙁. 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 & 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting

𝟰. 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 & 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant
  • Health certificate
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic financial and reporting skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
