Skills and Qualifications

1. Minimum of Diploma in HR

2. Be a member of IHRM

3. Minimum of 3 years working experience

4. Be 35-45 years of age

5. CPA IV will be an added advantage


Key Responsibilities

• In charge of man power and individual performance to analyze productivity.

• Plan and coordinating work force to best use employees’ talents and skills

• Compiling of monthly, weekly and daily report to analyze individual productivity.

• Demonstrate advanced financial management and budgeting

• Implement strategies for organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction

• Recommending transfers where necessary

• Handling staff issues such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures

• Other duties allocated by the management
