KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily production activities within the EPZ factory
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met
- Manage and coordinate production staff on the shop floor
- Enforce compliance with EPZ, safety, and company policies
- Prepare daily production reports and submit to management
- Identify and resolve production challenges efficiently
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Proven experience working in an EPZ factory or manufacturing setup.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
