- Indian nationality with valid work eligibility in Kenya.
- 3–7 years of IT experience in systems administration, networking, or software support.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with data security protocols, backups, and IT best practices.
- Proficiency in common IT tools and systems; ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
