REPORTING TO: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE/ACCOUNT MANAGER
ROLE
The Intern is responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the client’s needs through coordination with AE, overseeing as well as working with all key functions that go into OOH and Concession management output.
The intern will support and ensures that client satisfaction is maintained by strategically planning and providing day-to-day implementation and management of client projects. In coordination with AE.
The role is for a self-driven, energetic, creative, insightful person. This role also requires you to be enthusiastic & passionate or have the desire about OOH advertising, Sales and marketing industry.
SKILLS + COMPETENCIES
• Interest in Sales, OOH advertising and account management or client service
• Must have interest in research and analysis
• Proven ability to accurately develop and manage budgets
• Excellent communication- written and spoken
• Strong or has potential in negotiation skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support AE in recruitment of new business
• Managing reports and necessary documentation as require by AE
• Linking and coordination of all third parties that the agency and company engages in for OOH and Concession services with coordination with AE
• Monitor Project progress, set deadlines and evaluate project performance
• Solve operational and sales issues that arise through sound judgement
• Support AE in Managing the unit’s petty cash and Concession assets
• In coordination with AE ensure all key stakeholders' satisfaction ( Principals, Publishers & Suppliers )
• Contributes to the development of new business proposals and presentations
• Identifies and proposes ways to advance team, client, and company goals
• Proactively seeks and shares relevant information with colleagues and clients
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to ensure that the client is satisfied with agency delivery and aligned to their expectations

• Maintains positive relationships with colleagues and management teams.

• Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients within their portfolio
CONSULTING
• Supports the AE, in providing process support as well as strategic communications solutions
• Ensures all key client deliverables are delivered in a timely fashion in connection with AE
• Tracks industry trends and offers new ideas to the team
• Demonstrates understanding and interest in client’s business
• Is a confident presenter
BUSINESS ACUMEN
• Ability to support business in identifying new business opportunities
• Interest in learning Knowledge of financial processes - debt collection, budget reconciliations, billings, invoicing, booking Orders, contract completion and LPOs
• Support the business in identifying incremental business opportunities on current accounts
