Job Summary
Our client is looking for a male IT Engineer to join their team in Kilimani, Nairobi.

Job Description/Requirements
Salary: KES 45,000 – 50,000 per month
Location: Kilimani, Nairobi
Experience: 3–5 years in IT engineering or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related problems.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place.
- Manage servers, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and updates.
- Research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.
- Support in upgrading systems and implementing IT projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in IT support or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and hardware maintenance.
- Familiarity with cloud services and cybersecurity practices is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
